Having worked as a learning support assistant with SEN students, I have gained wholistic knowledge on how and when students need support. I am friendly with students and so creating a friendly atmosphere for excellence.

Approach:

I take time to find out where the learner lies in terms of academic to be able to gauge how much support they require.Additionally I interact with them by anchor tasks to know their level of understanding and ticking out options of our learning objectives after every session to know how much is achieved.
