As a private tutor l.usually encouraged students to develop confidence and to become more independent learners, as well as students needing help to pass their states proficiency exams.l plan lessons to assist the student in specific strategies to help students be more successful in their subjects or courses.

Approach:

I always provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students. Review class material with students by discussing text, working solutions to problems, or reviewing worksheets or exams revision papers to help the student understand the concepts in an easy and fun hands on activities during the lessons.
