As a teacher for 2 years,I have gained valuable experience in the field of education.I strongly believe that learning should be engaging and enjoyable in order to be effective.When students are actively engaged and intrested in the material they are learning,They are more likely to retain that information apply it in the real world.In summary,Making learning fun and engaging can be an efficient way to promote learning.

Approach:

My approach is to co-create lesson plans with students,Allowing them to have a greater say in what they learn and how they learn it,I firmly believe this helps to increase student engagement and motivation,As they feel more ownership over their learning. Younger students may benefit from more hands on,interaction activities,while older students may be able to handle more complex and abstract concepts.
