Experience:

Based on what the learners are learning at school. I try and work accordingly to follow the curriculums. `I have worked in and outside the classroom for the last 6 years. I am currently tutoring privately and I can see the improvement on how the one on one really makes a different especially if you are a learner who gets easily distracted.

Approach:

I love engaging with the learner by making them feel comfortable. I like to work on strengths and weaknesses in order for the learner to improve. I plan my lessons according to the learners ability as well as push them to strive for better.
