Create good schedules and deadlines for the students Aspire that the students get an A, provided they too put in effort to learn. Good critical thinking and writing skills and time management skills Help motivate. Like to teach students visually. Ensure that they have learned the concepts well. Analyse what kind of learner is the student. Track the performance of the student per session and give good feedback.
