I like to asses the students and understand the most effective way of teaching them based on their needs and abilities rather than feeding them information that they won’t retain. I have worked with many students from multiple grade levels and helped them achieve their Academic goals and improve tests scores. I have also worked with special needs students and have achieved great results with them.

Approach:

My approach starts with assessing where the student stands in the subject in matter. From there i like to set goals with my students that we approach in the most effective manner for the student based off their ability and needs. I prefer taking a more interactive hands on approach with my students rather than feeding them information that won’t be retained. Education should be a fun and engaging experience rather than a boring task.
