Experience:

Having trained as a gymnast for 15 years, my experience lies in teaching the fundamentals of artistic and rhythmic gymnastics as well as more advanced skills with an emphasis on the athlete’s holistic development. Recognizing that success in any sport begins in its foundation, I aim to teach young gymnasts the value a prepared mind and body adds to one’s performance. Hence, extra attention is always payed to technically correct executions of both freehand and apparatus skills.
