Experience:

I have a thorough understanding of swimming techniques, skills, and drills, having swum at the highest standard and even competing in the British Nationals myself. I take pride in staying up-to-date with technical advancements and passing them on to individuals ranging from young children to competitive and triathlon swimmers seeking stroke correction.

Approach:

When working with children, I adopt a unique approach for each child, as their pace and level of focus can vary greatly. I strive to balance fun and focus in order to keep them engaged. When teaching adults who are learning and improving at a later stage, it is important to ensure that they have a solid grasp of the basics. This will allow them to maximize their potential and achieve their goals effectively.
