Experience:

Originally from Ireland, after studying English and Human Development, I completed my Teacher Training in London with a specialism in SEN. I deliver fun, engaging and high quality lessons to children from 2-12. I have taught in British Curriculum and IB schools, so I am very familiar with both approaches. In addition to this, I have a MSc in Psychology. I can support your child with their regular school studies as well as in preparation for Phonics Screening, GL tests and SATs.

Approach:

I believe in a strength based approach to teaching. I will work with your child's strengths and interests, to target any specific areas for development. I deliver exciting lessons that will boost your child's engagement in learning as well as their academic outcomes. I can cover all curriculum areas such as reading, writing, phonics, maths, science, geography, history etc. I'm passionate about children's mental health and wellbeing; this is also something that I can support with.
