Experience:

The initial stages contribute a lot in installing confidence in my students which helps me understand the goals or desire of my students, Mostly I like to periodically arrange the goals from short term moving upward while observing my students for progression while adjusting accordingly with there agreed terms with me’. This terms are weekly reviewed to make sure no regression in taking place and help motivate them towards medium goals. Thank you
