Experience:

I am a qualified primary school teacher specialising in foundation stage. I am a passionate, creative and motivating teacher who takes a unique approach to each individual I tutor to ensure they can reach their full potential. I take a holistic approach to teaching to ensure children enjoy their learning and feel motivated during each session. I have been tutoring phonics, reading and maths for four years with children aged 3-8.

Approach:

I tailor each lesson to suit the needs of each individual that I teach, changing and adapting lessons as and when appropriate. Tutorting 1-1 allows me to get to know the children very well, how they learn and what I can do to help them develop.
