Experience:With over 20 Years of my teaching experiences I realized each student is different than others. How qualified i am has nothing to do how fast i make them understand the concept. I try to analyze each student's SWOT and act accordingly. Students fear math just because no body hand hold and give them real life example of math. We are connected to math in our daily life to some extent.
Approach:I teach offline mode of teaching I can tailor teaching method and materials to meet the specific needs and learning styles of individual students. With the additional support and guidance i can improve their grades and academic performance. I can help them feel more confident and capable in his/her ability to learn and succeed academically. I can also help students to develop effective study habits and time management skills that can benefit them throughout the academic career.
