Experience:

I handle a children in a friendly way and I impress them by making a 2 minutes activity like playing.Then I bring their mind in a concentration. I m masters in English so my way of conversation is only through English,so your child can learn English speech

Approach:

I plan to finish daily homework. After finishing that,then I go for yesterday or day before yesterday revision. Then I make them to do their work by own,like make them to read,I ask questions then they have to answer or I have a little test .
