Approach:

I am a well-organised individual that can complete a thorough lesson plan that takes into account all the abilities of the classroom. My lesson plans are informative and engaging, along with the specification concepts embedded within. My communication skills are good and I have a friendly upbeat personality. This is a fundamental attribute to have especially as a maths teacher because it enables high levels of mutual respect to be built, between the students and teacher.
