Experience:

I aim to tutor and aid students doing their IGCSE's and AS/A-levels in History and English Literature.I was a part of the first cohort studying the new syllabus from Edexcel and Cambridge, so I am able to prepare students for their exams (I received an A* in English Literature and an A in History). I am also able to give preparation guidance for IELTS. I received a band 8 score overall, and I believe I am more than able to help and assure IELTS takers get extremely good grades.

Approach:

In order to best support students each hour-long session will address person-specific issues; whether it is essay writing, annotating readings or any other concerns, I want to improve the student on all ends. Lessons will be teaching content or reviewing essays. To clarify, I will not write essays for students; the student can show me their work and we will, together, enhance it to achieve the best possible grade. Again, personalization is key and I shall give the utmost care to each student.
