Experience:

I'm a Hatha and Vinyasa Registered Yoga Teacher. Just like you, I was a newbie at yoga, too, so I clearly understand your needs and struggles. I really enjoy teaching active (and quite intense) flows but if you prefer slow and relaxed, that is also more than welcome :)

Approach:

I do a one-on-one interview with the student, ask any areas he/she wants to improve and customize a flow based on his/her needs.
