Degree in Physical Education and Sports

Experience:

I have coached children in gymnastics for 10 years now after my experience of 12 years as a rhythmic gymnast, helping children to learn the basic and advanced gymnastics skills as well as ballet. I also have experience in training adults, helping them to achieve a fit and harmonious body focusing on flexibility and mobility, toning, strength, conditioning and coordination body developing.
