Experience:

I would like to start with an understanding of the student's level and view. After that, I can prepare myself for the lessons. I like using simulations and videos. After a lesson solving questions will improve students' understanding. I prefer to show my way of thinking, analytical thinking is important for science lessons. Memorizing is not a way of learning.

Approach:

I was educated as an engineer, and as a creator. After that, I took lessons about education. I can share my way of thinking with students. I am asking open-ended questions. By posing questions that require more than a yes/no response, I encourage the tutee to start thinking. I am asking probing questions. Probing questions follow up on a student’s contribution. I try repeating my question in a slightly different manner.
