Experience:

Through my teaching experience, I learned that each student requires different teaching techniques based on their levels of understanding and how seriously they take the sessions. Step-to-step guidance with constant feedback about the student's performance and what key points he/she needs to improve.

Approach:

I plan my lessons depending on the student's schedule and their most preferable timings. I do care about the level of comfort the student has before initiating the sessions. What makes my lessons more valuable is that I take advantage of each minute while evaluating their performance by making worksheets and other activities to assess the student's performance.
