Ph.D. in Physical Education and Sport

Experience:

I have more than 8 years of coaching experience in running and endurance sports (cycling, triathlon, skating). Also, I have broad experience teaching kids physical education and different sports (football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, chess).

Approach:

My specialization is running, but during my trainings I focus on different physical abilities such as strength, speed, agility, balance, endurance, etc.
