Approach:

I have 2 years of experience in teaching field. Depending upon students abilities and needs I will select my teaching technique. Whichever is convenient for the students i will follow that. I will focus mainly on students needs and understanding.whenever the students needs my help I will be there. I prefer activity oriented class rather than complete lecture method,because it helps to make students more attentive in the class.
