Experience:

I am a British qualified teacher, I have been teaching for 6 years, 4 of which have been here in the UAE. I spent 2 years teaching and tutoring in the UK and have been tutoring here in the UAE for the past 2 years. My specialist subject is Maths but teach English and Science on a daily basis and can support, through tutoring, across all curriculum subjects. I pride myself in providing individualised tutoring for all children, ensuring progress is made.

Approach:

I use a range of resources and teaching techniques while tutoring based on each individual child, ensuring engagement and learning are at a high level throughout. I tailor each lesson to the needs to the individual and am flexible and able to adapt lessons as they unfold in order to add support or challenge further to ensure understanding and progress is made. I thrive on ensure that the child is comfortable and having fun at the same time, which parents often say their children love.
