Experience:

I have always had a passion for Math and have known this from the age of 3. I excelled in Math throughout my school years and chose to study it in depth at university. In 2018, I launched my business "Tiffany's Tutoring" in the UK. It was very successful and all of my students left feeling more confident in their Math skills. I also turtored English to those who requested this service. I tutored students of all ages (age 4 to age 25). I moved to the UAE in 2019 to teach secondary Mathematics and thoroughly enjoyed helping my students reach their goals.

Approach:

I want to make my students feel comfortable, relaxed and not ashamed to tell me what they are struggling with. I find that visuals (PowerPoints, videos, interactive games, pictures) are very effective. I don't like to just talk at my students. I believe that practice makes improvements and I will give you several practice questions and formal assessments. I will always give you a starter activity, the main methodology, practice questions then a plenary to sum up what we have learnt.
