Experience:

Besides my Masters in Business Administration and undergraduate degree in International Business administration with a concentration in Finance, I have over 6 years tutoring high school and university students. In my current job as Lecturer and Grants Writer at Global University, Somalia, I prepare and deliver course lectures on Business Research Methods. I also develop course curriculum for the class. I have very good research skills with the ability to evaluate learners potentials.

Approach:

With well researched topics, i divide my lesson topics into small subsections for easier class delivery.I like to use very engaging practical activities in my lessons. I prepare power-point presentation slides for my students. With online platforms like Bramble, I upload PowerPoint slides and go through them in the lesson. This helps with staying on track and making sure I cover every point. I also ask questions during class, this ensures that my learners stay engaged during class.
