I am a High School English Teacher of English with 8 years teaching experience and 6 years tutoring experience.I hold an undergraduate and Masters degree in Education. I am deputy head of my school English Department.In my lessons,it is vital to provide students the opportunity for extensive feedback and to then base work on areas for improvement.Students progress is monitored constantly to make sure goals are reached. My lessons are fun,challenging and students always reach their full potential

Approach:

Lessons are planned based on the specific needs of students.Prior to tutoring lessons,previous student work is assessed to determine main areas for improvement.Lessons are then based on improvements that need to be made.There is a mix of covering content, assessing feedback and then modelling of how to implement feedback to make sure that students are reaching their full potential. The progress of students is constantly monitored to so that all students are progressing and improving.
