I worked at a kindergarden just fresh out of school and had some primary school kids who I helped with homework after school.

Approach:

First I look to see if the child is someone who remembers things easier by pictures as some people have picture brains and others can remember lines the write down over and over others can read and remeber so each person is different and requires a different type of teaching
