I have been teaching English and a second language for over 18 years. Awarded “Tutor of the year”at Profi.ru Have taught English in Russia, Cyprus, Spain, South Korea, Israel.  Have a graduate certificate of MSU (majored in English and Korean), Yonsei University (Business Environment and Strategy, International Law), CELTA 5 and PTTLS by Cambridge University (teaching English)    Over 500 validated credentials from students of different ages and occupations including celebrities and IT startup executives. 

Approach:

First of all I find out 3 basic points: - objectives of learning  - learner’s language weaknesses and strengths  - personality type    Then I accommodate those criteria by choosing teaching materials (news, articles, audio recordings etc) , jointly work out lesson schedule Occasionally, I measure intermediary results and if needed change the program and focus of lessons   I specifically help learners to discover their individual expressions in their own native language to find the same in English
