Experience:

As a qualified legal professional, my focus on attention to detail is noteworthy. Having intensively studied humanities during school and university years, my knowledge of history, politics, economics and the English language is remarkable. I’ve spent over a year teaching children (12-16) and have been a part of various NGOs who aim to educate students for free I also have a experience as an academic mentor, during which I imparted instructional materials to a group of peers in university.

Approach:

I believe in a socratic approach to adequately analyse the depth of knowledge of the tutee. My lesson plans involve an application section where I actively engage the tutee to apply concepts to real-life scenarios to ensure the best understanding. I understand that each student has a different learning mechanism, so I encourage spending the first session to be a questioning session in order for me to be able to prepare the best lesson plans, which include graphic representations of concepts.
