I have taught 4 child's in india and even educate my daughter of 4 years...I try to understand the child's psychology and help them understand the subject in a fun way which will be easy for them to understand. I prefer home tutions because one one teaching will always be much more good according to me but all parents are not ready for home tutions ,so online tutions is also good for me.

Approach:

Understand child psychology. Make them comfortable. Understand there weak and favorite subjects. Make a bond with them so that they can share there doubts. Fun activities should be there so that they will not get bored. Homework will be given because consistency is the key to learn. Feedback to parent about there child performance once a week.
