Experience:

Helped 4 high school students pass the entrance exams in English with A grades. Managing and working with a team of 35 tutors. An estimate of 95% of students taking private tutoring passed their respective classes. Expanded my communication and presentation skills by interacting with 100 students on weekly basis. Organized and managed a personalized curriculum for students from grade 2 to 9.

Approach:

During my experience as an English Teacher I have gained some skills in employing a differentiated approach to provide a student-centered learning environment that encourages resourcefulness and critical thinking while promoting tolerance, respect and emotional security for a diverse student group. In addition to development of innovative instructional strategies, materials and methodologies to address varied student needs.
