Experience:

I am in my third year of teaching now and I work in a British curriculum school. I mostly teach Maths and English (that includes phonics and spelling). The students that I have been teaching are mostly students with special needs and someone who needs extra tutoring. My aim for my students is not only to help them to learn but also to boost their confidence. That mistake is okay because you came here to learn and make mistakes. As long as you're making mistakes, you are also learning from them.
