I have 3 years of yoga teaching experience, mostly in the Netherlands. My students often say that they come to my classes not just for the physical aspect, but mostly the mental and spiritual aspect. I love to go deeply inwards with my clients, to help them discover their true self. I can help you with finding your own style of yoga, what works and what not. I will help you to create healthy habits that you can stick to, and that will make you blossom into the best version of yourself.
