I have been into teaching for more than 25 years now. Most standards VITH to VIII Icse, CBSE boards. IXTh, XTH, a few. All subjects or only Maths. IInd to VTH a few. I have conducted Spoken English course as well.

Approach:

I would like to be creative in my approach and it always helped me. Math make student to solve every sums, keep giving clue and if student not able to, I solve it. I check their homework and ask oral question to see that student paying full attention to their school session. I give them homework. Tell them to read chapter thoroughly and asking objective question and seeing longanswer, student able to write correctly. I guide them, how to write lengthy answer
