Experience:

I have worked as a Lecturer in TESL for 15 years at Sri Lankan Universities. Also, I work as visiting lecturer at the National Institute of Business Management on a BA degree in TESOL conducted with the affiliation with Coventry University UK. Apart from Teaching English, I train teachers to teach English as a Second Language. I have completed BA, MA, and MPhil degrees in Linguistics and have a Post Graduate Diploma in TESL.

Approach:

I have been teaching for over 15 years and have vast experience in teaching students and making them interested in learning the English Language. The approach I use is the Learner-centered Language teaching method where I facilitate the student's learning process by making learning English is the best thing that they wanted to do.
