I have experience of 6+ years and specialise in muscle building, fat loss, weight gain, weight loss, strength training, home workout with minimal equipments, making the best lifestyle schedule to make the life happy, healthy, etc

Approach:

I plan my sessions based on the clients fitness goal, body type, diseases he/ she has, availability of time, allergies, etc My sessions are short and intense with limited equipments at the comfort of their home, home cooked foods. understand clients needs and moods & do accordingly. based on science:- one should- workout according to goals, eat according to macros and calories, have good rest, bust stress every day before sleep, have supplementation of nutrient deficiency, etc
