Deliver high-energy training using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strength training. Deliver fitness, weight loss and nutrition programs for youth, teens, adults and senior citizens that are fun, safe, extremely effective and tailored to individual needs/goals. Certified massage therapist . Specialized in pre/post natal , kickboxing, corrective exercise.

Approach:

Accessing the fitness level of the client Design the fitness accordingly by considering fitness goals , a balanced routine , transformation or changes or improvements Will be giving the clinet chances ; that is by determining their level and planning and executing various programs . Giving them homework depending on the days he/she is training with me . Making clients accountable for their activities outside of training sessions can make training session enjoyable.
