Experience:

I have tutored 4 years ago to a psychology student. That time, we have discussed about Psychometric testing and clinical psychology. Now, being a Senior HR Professional, I can partake knowledge regarding industrial and organizational psychology.

Approach:

I mix my lessons with combined traditional one-to-one tutoring and interactive activities - games / role-playing as required. I also proofread reports.
