Experience:

The first thing I do is break the ice between the student and teacher only then I can understand their concerns and help them in an efficient way. My students and I share a great camaraderie, I try to make sure they are not trying to mug up the concepts rather understand them and finally derive them, which is the only way they get to know how to apply them, where to apply them. I secured 99.05 percentile in JEE MAINS 2013 (National Level Engineering Entrance Exam). I love teaching Calculus BC.

Approach:

The smile I get to see on the students' face after watching them get over their weaknesses is my only motive behind my lesson planning. I always include past papers questions in the worksheets so the students are comfortable while solving similar questions on the actual exam. In short I try to keep things simple, and develop a way of getting things done from the students, because until they get to do it themselves they are never going to learn properly.
