BSc - Civil Engineering + CELTA Certification

Experience:

Over 10 years' experience in teaching high school mathematics and physical sciences with a proven track record to increase marks and student's interest in the subject at hand. I am also CELTA certified to teach English as a second language. As my guarantee of quality, I will provide my first lesson free.

Approach:

For first-time students, I take the first 10mins to develop a Learner Needs Analysis. This helps me understand each individual students' needs. I plan lessons according to the student's current classroom curriculum, which helps them feel more confident at school. Lesson techniques vary, but is always student-centered (i.e. the student does most of activities, with less focus on tutor talking). Can provide in-person single, group or online lessons, depending on client needs and times.
