Experience:

A dedicated and enthusiastic qualified teacher of over 10 years. I come all the way from England and have lived in Abu Dhabi for three years now. I was qualified in physical education then went on to teach special education; and in recent years I have qualified to teach primary and KG/early years core subjects (math, English and science). I have such a passion for teaching and watching children learn and progress - I find 1 to 1 tutoring so enjoyable as I can give the child my full attention.

Approach:

I plan my lessons by engaging with the child first and getting to know them, building a rapport with the child. I will speak to parents and ask what areas they want me to focus on and do my own assessments to determine strengths and areas for improvement. I am a fun 32 year old female who loves making learning as fun and enjoyable as possible.
