Experience:

I have taught over 5000 individuals in last 9 years of my teaching journey. I teach different forms of Yoga to build stamina, immunity, flexibility and weight loss. Combining yoga with modern exercise routines such as circuit training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) etc. I guide students on Nutrition for balancing hormones, good digestion, relaxed nervous system and healthier internal system also advise detox to get rid of toxins at the cellular level and improve the immunity.
