Experience:

Winners Music World, Al Nahda Sharjah, UAE. Music/Instrument teacher (July, 2021 till present). Responsibilities: 1. By Facilitating musicianship among students through group practice and performance, significant increment up to 65% in students enrollment was achieved in my 4th month of joining the institute. 2. Frequently giving motivation and support to students on the importance of home practice has continued to yield results till date. 3. Adapting music theory to keyboard/Piano, Lead guitar, bass guitar and drums lessons. 4. Making sure the institute musical instruments are under watch, maintained and serviced when necessary. 5. Preparing students for graded music exams like Trinity College London Exam and ABRSM.

Approach:

It involves integrating multiculturalism, cooperative learning and multi-sensory lessons to meet students' diverse needs thereby providing a well-rounded learning experience. My lesson plan is structured out on the teaching components which includes Anticipatory Set, Introduction of New Material, Guided Practice, Independent Practice and closure.
