Experience:

I teach as per my student requirement and go to the level of understanding of student which help both of us to understand each other and then we proceed to learn the topic and i divide my topic into little sections and by the time i finish my lecture they almost learn everything by heart.

Approach:

I plan my lessons as per students needs but I will go through the syllabus first and prepare myself ahead so that I can answer every question that pop up in my student's mind. I usually break each topic in small questions and answer and go one by one with each question and by the time we complete the session the student already learn by heart the major part of topic and this makes my lessons one of a kind.
