Experience:

I create a fun learning experience for my students with games and colourful teaching aids. I believe that installing interest towards the subjects is the key to easy learning and thus I present fun facts, videos, one to one learning games, real life experience etc as a part of the lesson plan. Iam an empathetic teacher and so I try to understand the learning caliber and style of each student and deliver classes accordingly. I worked in a prestigious school for 8years.

Approach:

I identify the learning objectives. Plan specific learning activities to reach the students' understanding. I plan to sequence the lesson in an engaging and meaningful manner. I then plan for lesson closure. The use of teaching aids, games, facts, videos during the class makes my way of teaching one of a kind. My tutoring technique is to ask open ended questions , use of diagrams and drawing . Use of praise, appreciation and encouragement as they get a feel of accomplishment.
