Experience:

Experience teaching and tutoring in both Ireland and England. Have taught engineering, graphics and product design while also teaching maths from grades 4-9 level in the UK. I am currently teaching grade 7 math along with design in my current position. I have strengths at breaking down concepts for the students in to relatable examples. I have tutored both online and face to face and have focussed on helping students with topics they struggle with as well as general exam preparation.

Approach:

I plan my lessons based on the needs of the students, any upcoming examinations and topics they feel uncomfortable with or need more support. My lessons are all focused on deevloping the foundational knowledge before applying this knowledge to exam questions ensuring their success.
