Experience:I have been tutoring my son for last 15 years but never thought about tutoring as a profession. It is only when we were having a casual conversation that my son suggested I should create more mathematicians like him and hence I thought this idea is worth exploring. Hence i started to explore kids who need teaching in business, maths, economics.
Approach:I believe a need for warm up before every session, hence i use random puzzles/sudoko to start the class for first 10 min. Post this we get into the sessions, learning concepts is more important than solving a problem. I spend maximum time in teaching concepts post which we jump in problem solving. After this there would be loads of practice tests
