Extended appropriate procedures, responded to queries, documented the resolution of repetitive issues, and introduced students to use of computers and peripheral equipment. â–ª Prepared and maintained records of students involving in computerised instructional support. â–ª Cleaned, reviewed, and handled minor equipment maintenance to ensure best operational condition.
