Experience:

Coming from an IB school, some of the skills I have developed is effective communication, engaging with people from all around and critical thinking. Due to having some free time, I decided to put my knowledge and skills to use. I tutored children and peers to not only enhance their skills, but to make them feel more comfortable with that subject.

Approach:

While working with someone, making sure that they have a comfortable place to work in is vital. I want to be able to understand their way of learning and adapt that into their process of improving. Practice makes perfect, and it has worked for me always so that is something that will be incorporated in my teaching.
