Bachelor in Physical education and sports, and diploma in yoga

Experience:

I have 2.5 year of yoga teaching experience. I have a good communication, understanding and relation making ability with my clients. I'm graduate in Physical education and sports and also did Diploma in Yoga with an internship. I use to teach yoga to 6 to 7 student at one session. The session includes Chanting, Warm up, Asanas of all kind according to one's ability, breathing techniques and meditation. I'm specialized In Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga.
