15+ years of practical experience in advance yoga asanas training. Extensive experience of 5 years in various places in developing curriculum according to the needs of students and their medical problems; monitoring students during Yoga training.Adept in leading group and PT;Ability to demonstrate and teach techniques for performing basic and advanced asanas; good knowledge of human anatomy; Experience in teaching all breathing, Meditation, fitness, relaxation, stretching and strengthening.
